AI EQuipEd Privacy Policy & Confidentiality Agreement
1. Client Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
At AI Equiped, we understand the importance of protecting our clients’ ideas, projects, and business discussions. To ensure full confidentiality, we provide a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for all clients upon request.
Any discussions, concepts, designs, or intellectual property shared during consultations, meetings, or project discussions will be kept strictly confidential.
AI Equiped agrees not to disclose, share, or replicate any client-provided information unless given consent.
The NDA will outline the full terms of confidentiality and mutual non-disclosure obligations.
2. Secure Communication & Data Protection
All communications between AI Equiped and the client, including emails, documents, and project files, will be stored securely and will only be accessible to authorized personnel directly involved in the project.
AI Equiped will not sell, share, or distribute client information to third parties for any reason.
3. Business Engagement & Consultation Fees
Any discussions beyond initial inquiries that involve project planning, strategy, or design insights will be subject to a contract agreement or consultation fee before proceeding.
Clients will be informed upfront if a consultation fee applies and must agree before any further discussions take place.
All business engagements, including revisions, changes, or new projects, will be handled through formal contracts to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
AI Equiped respects client ownership of their ideas. Any deliverables will be provided under the terms outlined in our contracts.
AI Equiped retains the right to use final deliverables for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Legal & Compliance
This Privacy Policy and NDA are legally binding under the jurisdiction of Denver, Colorado.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the terms outlined in our client agreements.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with AI Equiped, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. The NDA must be signed separately to activate full confidentiality protections.
